Job Description: One-to-one classes are 25/55 minutes long. Teachers are required to grade homework, submit class summaries/feedbacks, and unit reports. One-to-one Trial Classes: Fixed Rate $7 plus Enrolled Student Incentive $5. Finished As Scheduled Trial classes count towards extra incentive increases. One-to-one Regular Classes: Fixed Rate is based on the number of finished classes as scheduled (one 25 mins class will be counted as one, one 55 mins class will be counted as two) Finished class tier will reset every month.
