Baggins Inc. has been a Southern Arizona staple for 40 years and is pleased to introduce our Gourmet Sandwiches to Tempe, AZ. We are looking for passionate individuals who take pride in their work and are dedicated to providing exceptional craftsmanship in preparing our gourmet menu items, ensuring each sandwich and salad is a culinary masterpiece that reflects our commitment to quality and taste. This unique location operates as a ghost kitchen, with no direct customer interaction with an understanding that the kitchen space is compact. We are currently hiring for part-time positions.

• Grill Cooks

Store Hours:

• Monday-Saturday 10 am-8 pm

Responsibilities:

• Memorize and understand Baggin’s Inc menu and catering items
• Prepare sandwiches/salads to Baggin’s Inc standards and to customer requests
• Prep food items and ensure all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
• Follow food safety procedures and guidelines
• Maintain a positive attitude under pressure

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a loud, fast-paced and pressured environment
• Must be able to communicate professionally
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and regularly lift and or move up to 35lbs
• Must have excellent attention to detail skills
• Must be able to work in a small spaces

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced food service environment
• Proficient in POS systems and cash handling
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
• Prior experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant
