As the General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our hotel's success, leading by example to create a guest and employee-centric environment. You'll oversee all aspects of hotel operations, from guest services to revenue management, ensuring that every guest leaves with unforgettable memories and every employee feels valued and empowered.
What You'll Do:
• Provide visionary leadership to the hotel team, inspiring a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless and exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, optimize operational efficiency, and maximize profitability.
• Foster strong relationships with guests, community partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation and drive business growth.
• Champion employee development and engagement initiatives, promoting a positive work environment and empowering staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Monitor and analyze guest feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
Who You Are:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven leadership experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on full-service hotel operations.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, enhancing guest satisfaction, and fostering employee engagement and development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and inspire confidence at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing innovative solutions to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
