Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, NV license, and ARRT certification for a critical access hospital assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Critical access hospital setting with 23 staffed beds
• Position covers both CT and general x-ray cases
• Care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Shift is 4x10 days, 10:00-20:00, Friday through Monday
• Average daily caseload includes 1 CT, 2 portable exams, and 1 x-ray room
• Trauma and general CT performed, excluding CTA hearts and brain perfusion
• Average of 15 patients per day across CT and x-ray modalities
• Epic EMR is used and Epic experience is preferred
• GE equipment experience is preferred
• No call required, but willingness to take call should be noted if interested
• Float required within scope between CT and general x-ray as needed
• No floating to sister facilities
• Open to first-time travelers
• Locals are accepted at the same rate
• Scrub color is any color
• Free parking is available in any unrestricted space
• RTO (requested time off) must be submitted with application and cannot be guaranteed after offer is sent
• Holiday and weekend coverage requirements will be determined by unit needs

\n \n Requirements\n

• Minimum 1 year of CT and x-ray experience
• Current Nevada state license or eligibility, pending license accepted (License required if applicable)
• ARRT or ARRT Advanced Certification and CT Advanced Certification required
• BLS certification required
• Experience with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations required
• Epic and GE equipment experience preferred
