Responsibilities Analyze E-Commerce businesses, focusing on traffic efficiency, user behavior, and merchant operations. Develop a nuanced understanding of market dynamics and opportunities. Conduct market segmentation research to identify value drivers of each business segment. Understand the industry landscape, including cross-category competitors and key drivers of business performance. Leverage analysis insights to make informed recommendations for future business strategies. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Final year or recent MBA graduate. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in benchmarking, market research, competitor analysis, and GTM strategy. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Ownership mindset with initiative to identify business challenges and develop innovative solutions; self-starter attitude with focus on continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with strategic analysis toolkits (issue trees, expert interviews, data analysis). Experience in GTM, consumer engagement, and merchandising strategies, preferably in a 3P or marketplace environment. Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88,920 - $144,400 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package; role may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
