Job Description
What You’ll Do
• Partner with the doctor in delivering therapies and treatment setup
• Guide patients through exercises and therapy equipment use
• Keep treatment rooms prepared and patient-ready
• Manage scheduling, check-ins, and patient flow
• Support front desk operations: phones, greetings, payments, paperwork
• Maintain accurate records with HIPAA compliance
• Contribute to a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and patient-first care
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinic
• A team player with a positive, professional demeanor
• Healthcare, therapy, or chiropractic experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
