Your Role
Clean, inspect, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and equipment.
Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams to ensure timely availability of sterile supplies.
Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
Uphold strict compliance with infection prevention and regulatory standards.
Contribute to quality improvement efforts and departmental efficiency.
