This MBA graduate will join Finance BP - Global Products and Functions as a Project Management Office Associate, working with the head of the Finance BP team and senior finance leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives, enable strategic decision-making, and ensure the effective execution of high-impact projects. Responsibilities Partner with the Finance leadership team to manage the execution of strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives. Develop clear, compelling executive-level communications, presentations, and narratives to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement. Drive program governance, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and risks to ensure initiatives are executed with excellence. Collaborate across Finance, Business Units, and Corporate Functions to ensure alignment and delivery of strategic objectives. Synthesize complex financial and operational information into clear, actionable insights for senior executives and stakeholders. Support annual and quarterly business planning, financial reviews, and strategic updates. Qualifications Final year or recent graduate with a background in MBA. Solid finance background, with prior experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or related fields. Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear and impactful narratives. Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Collaborative mindset and ability to influence stakeholders across levels and functions. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of industry experience. Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position is $96,000 - $168,889 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off (holidays, sick days, and personal time) with prorated accruals by tenure.
