We're seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team serving Cascades at St. Anne (Seattle) and Edmonds Landing (Edmonds).
This role is ideal for a caring, motivated clinician who enjoys working with the geriatric population and thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment. You'll have the opportunity to help residents regain independence, mobility, and confidence while providing high-quality, person-centered care.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist with mobility retraining and safe transfer techniques
Provide care to residents with a range of clinical complexities
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with company standards

Current Washington PTA license in good standing
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Organized, dependable, and passionate about helping older adults
1 year of SNF or assisted living experience preferred , but not required - we're happy to train dedicated new grads!
