We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Jira Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Jira instance, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and supports our business processes. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience administering Atlassian Jira Strong understanding of Jira configuration, including workflows, screens, and fields Experience with Jira plugins and integrations (e.g. Confluence, Bitbucket) Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions US Citizenship Required with the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance Desired Skills Experience with Jira APIs and scripting (e.g. Groovy, Python) Knowledge of database management principles and SQL Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) principles and practices Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions Develop and maintain custom workflows, screens, and fields Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Develop and maintain documentation for Jira configuration and processes Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance. Ability to Work Remotely Onsite Full‑time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
