Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, including: Clinical (CMA) Administrative Accounting Sales Product Development Information Technology Provider Engagement Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively and efficiently. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics. Utilize Workable ATS (with AI recruitment capabilities) and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top talent. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with Workable ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
