Check Out Our Must Haves Healthcare Staffing: Familiarity with healthcare staffing or relevant industry knowledge highly preferred Experience: Prior experience in recruiting and/or sales, demonstrating an understanding of the industry dynamics and processes Goal Oriented: Proven track record in recruitment and/or sales, with experience in closing deals successfully Education: College degree preferred but not required Remote: Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fully remote work setting is preferred Systems: Experience working in a database (CRM, applicant tracking system, etc.) and solid computer skills (MS Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel) Locations: Enterprise Medical Recruiting staff must reside in one of the following states CO, GA, FL, KY, MA, MO, MS, NH, TX Your Day to Day Assess candidates to ensure motivation, experience, and qualifications Sales process: ability to persuade, manage objections, and close the recruiting process Identify, contact, interview and screen candidates for current open opportunities via cold calling, leads, applications and JobScience utilization Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates Partner with Account Manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process Continuously and consistently build candidate pipeline by leveraging proactive sourcing and recruiting methods Manage the candidate experience, draft presentation narrative, create draft of candidate project, coordinate phone introduction to client, schedule and coordinate interviews with candidate, pre/post interview conversation, contract negotiation and close/acceptance of job Enter and track all activity and/or candidate data in JobScience database About Us We are Enterprise Medical Recruiting (privately held permanent healthcare staffing company founded in 1990) and Alliance Recruiting Resources (privately held locums healthcare staffing company founded in 2001).
