We are a recruitment agency specializing in healthcare, seeking a skilled outbound Recruiter with experience in a staffing agency to join our team! This is a 100% remote position. Candidates must reside in New Jersey, North Carolina, or Texas, or register as a non-resident employee in one of these states. Role Overview: The role involves owning the candidate relationship, sourcing, identifying, briefing candidates on opportunities, and guiding them through the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Utilize the database to source candidates for current vacancies. Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals to develop a strong talent pool. Proactively contact candidates via calls, emails, and texts. Manage the candidate journey, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to onboarding. Understand the healthcare sector and recruitment cycle, especially for hard-to-fill roles. Conduct industry research to stay updated on trends and market conditions. Show pride and passion in helping candidates find career opportunities. Qualifications: Enjoy sourcing candidates. Experience with Boolean search techniques. Experience filling challenging roles in demanding markets. Proactive, KPI-driven, with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for connecting with people and impacting careers. Previous recruitment experience and knowledge of Bullhorn ATS or healthcare is a plus but not required. Click here to view our website.
