Graphic Designer / Videographer

Location: Coppell, TX (On-Site Role), occasional travel for events and on-site filming

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Videographer to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for creating visually compelling designs and high-quality video content to support marketing, sales, and event initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on creative with a strong sense of visual storytelling, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll work collaboratively with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to develop impactful content for digital, print, and event platforms.

What You'll Do

Design & Creative Development
  • Design marketing and sales materials including brochures, spec sheets, trade show graphics, and presentations.
  • Develop creative assets for the website, email campaigns, digital advertising, and social media.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Video Production
  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for product launches, customer testimonials, installations, and events.
  • Capture photography and video footage for ongoing marketing use.
  • Manage all post-production editing, sound, and formatting for digital delivery.
Collaboration & Support
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Events teams to support initiatives across the organization.
  • Create visual content for trade shows, local events, and ribbon cuttings.
  • Provide creative input and innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design and video production.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with SketchUp or similar design tools preferred.
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for composition, typography, and color.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation & Perks
