Food Service Director Qualifications & Responsibilities High School diploma or equivalent Long term care dietary management experience preferred Inspects the Dietary Department daily to ensure that it is safe and sanitary Submits written reports to the administration as necessary Plans nutritionally balanced & therapeutic meals that reflect the likes and dislikes of residents, as well as Public Health regulations Responsible for food purchase, production, and timely service of meals Directs and supervises all dietary functions and personnel Hires, orients, trains, counsels, disciplines, and when appropriate, terminates dietary staff Ability to work independently or part of a group Computer knowledge Food Service Director Schedules & Benefits Schedule: Full-time, weekends and being on-call as needed Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision and paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for career advancement Complete Care at Plainfield is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Complete Care
