We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of client events from concept to completion. This position is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, energetic, and excited to build a career in the fast-paced world of event management. No prior experience is required—just a passion for events and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their event goals and expectations are met.
  • Provide consistent updates on event progress and help address client questions and concerns.
  • Support event logistics including setup, breakdown, staffing coordination, and on-site operations.
  • Ensure all materials, supplies, and resources are prepared and available for each event.
  • Provide on-site event support by managing registrations, directing activities, and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and production teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Assist with coordinating vendors, venues, and external partners.
  • Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and team members to support continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to post-event reports, performance insights, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • No previous experience required—comprehensive training provided.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional approach when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and think on your feet.

Why Join Us?

  • Hands-on experience in event marketing and event coordination.
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment with room for growth.
  • Exposure to diverse clients, industries, and live event experiences.
  • Opportunity to develop skills in logistics, communication, planning, and client relations.
