Modis is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist/ Service Desk Engineer to support the internal business of the fast-scaling industrial construction and HVAC firm. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting employees service request tickets on a tight-knit, and high-impact team.
As the Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling first and second-level support of service requests related to all technology including but not limited to workstations, mobile devices, servers, printers, and networks, along with vendor-specific hardware and software.
Pay: 25/hr - 32/hr
