We are seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and business growth. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets, providing clear recommendations to stakeholders. You will leverage modern analytics tools and methodologies to identify trends, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making. Accountabilities Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business objectives. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights effectively. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with teams across engineering, product, and business operations to define metrics and data requirements. Support ad-hoc analyses and present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Contribute to the development and improvement of data pipelines and analytics processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related discipline. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). Experience with Python, R, or other data analytics programming languages is a plus. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey insights to stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
