Credit Union Member Service Representative - Professional Police Officers CU Professional Police Officers Credit Union – Indianapolis, IN Professional Police Officers Credit Union is seeking a member service representative to help us continue to be the primary financial institution serving our members. The representative will serve as the primary liaison to members in all aspects of assisting members with Credit Union services. Some of the duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, opening new accounts, taking phone calls, handling mail, offering guidance to all members, ordering HELOC appraisals, handling and accepting wire transfers, understanding, and following all credit union policies and procedures, and serving as backup to the VISA/Checking Coordinator, and preparing the daily deposit.
