This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and has a keen eye for detail. You\'ll work closely with our team to craft, assemble, and perfect pieces that meet our high standards and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities Assist in the assembly, finishing, and preparation of custom metal and wood pieces. Support material handling, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Operate machinery and tools in the shop safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to overall shop safety. Conduct quality checks to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship. Participate in team collaborations to problem-solve and innovate on unique projects. Qualifications Experience in a fabrication or similar hands-on role is a plus. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team. Physical stamina and comfort in a hands-on environment, including lifting and operating machinery. Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation. A genuine interest in creativity, design, and hands-on work in a custom fabrication setting.
