Job Description

We have an EXCITING Direct Hire opportunity for a Brand Marketing Associate!

This position is located in The Colony, Texas and offers a hybrid schedule with Monday-Thursday onsite and Friday remote.

Compensation: up to $85,000 + 10% bonus potential

Responsibilities:

• Oversee implementation and execution of all elements of strategic marketing plans for tentpole/limited time offer promotions including social media posts, in-store point-of-purchase materials, digital and traditional advertising, public relations communications, and out-of-home promotions such as billboards, direct mailers, coupon wraps & FSIs
• Facilitate Creative Requests from franchisees with our creative director & agency partner graphic designers, as well as oversee successful completion and implementation of those creative assets
• Oversee and execute our Guest Relationship Management (i.e. CRM) program to include email and SMS promotions, as well as segment guest cohorts for different promotional offers based on their responses to previous promotional communications
• Maintain and update the online presence and individual locations including websites, social media pages, and online listings (i.e. Google Maps, Yelp!, etc)
• Handle guest feedback and communication via social media channels
• Manage Marketing vendor partner day-to-day communications and relationships
• Facilitate, oversee and execute new, reimaged and local store marketing support tactics
• Conduct quantitative analysis of the performance of our national and local promotions
• Manage and track Marketing budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years of marketing or advertising agency experience

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 PrideStaff
