Join Try Love Behavioral Center as a BCBA and lead the delivery of evidence-based ABA

therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Supervise therapy staff, design

individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to improve communication, social,

Job Summary

The BCBA ensures the quality and effective implementation of all client treatment programs at

TLBC. This includes supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), overseeing center

operations, and maintaining compliance with ABA protocols. BCBAs assess client needs,

develop individualized goals, provide direct clinical guidance, and collaborate with families and

other providers to maximize outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

● Design and oversee treatment programs to promote social, communication, and

adaptive skills.

● Supervise RBTs and other therapy staff to ensure high treatment fidelity.

● Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and evaluations.

● Plan and facilitate parent/caregiver training and skill generalization opportunities.

● Coordinate care with schools, therapists, and other service providers.

● Monitor ongoing program implementation and adjust treatment plans as needed.

● Contribute to research initiatives and evidence-based practices within the center.

 

Qualifications

● Education: Master’s Degree in related field (required)

● Credentials:

○ Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (required)

● 1–2 years clinical experience with children with ASD (preferred)

● Experience conducting assessments, analyzing data, and developing individualized

programs

● Experience supervising RBTs and ensuring treatment integrity

● Ability to teach parents strategies using modeling, coaching, and role-play

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● Knowledge of ABA principles and positive behavior support strategies
