Ford Lincoln of Franklin, one of Tennessee's premier Ford dealerships, is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager(GSM) to lead our high-performing sales team. This is a rare opportunity to join a large-volume dealership with a proven track record of success and outstanding reputation for customer service.
The General Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of the sales department, including new and pre-owed vehicle sales, F&I operations, and sales management. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of 25-30 sales professionals, 4 finance managers, and 4 sales managers, ensuring the dealership continues to exceed customer expectations while achieving aggressive sales and gross targets.
