Horizon Sales & Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Solutions Representative to join our team in Mobile, AL. In this full-time, direct hire position, you will be responsible for driving sales of AT&T products and services to customers, offering solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable AT&T products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of AT&T’s mobile, internet, and TV solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
  • Process transactions and manage customer accounts efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
