Overview A lovely individual located outside of Boston is seeking occasional help with administrative and financial tasks. This position would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a few extra hours per week, and the schedule is completely up to the candidate. There will be more hours needed at first to get systems set up- this will likely be 5-10 hours, and then maintenance hours will be 1-2 hours per week. Responsibilities Managing subscriptions Keeping records of autopay bills Monitoring email correspondence and flagging important emails Qualifications Trustworthy and discreet Flexible for 1-2 hours per week on an ongoing basis Proactive and self-directed Requirements Local to the Boston area, as there will be some in-person tasks required US work authorization Experience with handling sensitive financial information and keeping records Excellent verifiable references Salary and Benefits $50-80/hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr British American Household Staffing
