Our client, a leader in the aerospace manufacturing industry, is seeking an Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As an Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer Location: Tempe, AZ Pay Range: $70‑$80/hr What’s the Job? Coordinate multi‑site cross‑functional teams to implement products at primary, secondary, or dual‑source locations. Review and manage tooling between sites to ensure seamless operations. Develop manufacturing methods and sequences for moderately complex products and assemblies. Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and industry standards. Document hidden factory processes and create clear work instructions to optimize workflows. What’s Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or Mathematics. 2‑5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in aerospace or related industries. Experience with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation accurately. Experience with aluminum and steel sheet metal welding in aerospace applications is preferred. What’s in it for me?
